1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the web site operated by Status Vehicle Technology LTD (‘Status Vehicle Technology' ‘we' or ‘us'). Dynavin Store is a trading name of Status Vehicle Technology LTD.
1.2 Without prejudice to the above, by using or accessing our web site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to our web site.
1.3 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our web site and by ordering any goods or services on our website you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

No returns will be accepted at this address without prior authorisation and valid returns number. Please see our returns page for our full returns policy. We operate as an online e-shop, we do not have a physical retail store open to customers.
2. Buying products & Services either on our web site or direct through Dynavin Store
2.1 Any times or dates stated on our web site for delivery are estimates only. Status Vehicle Technology will make all reasonable effort to deliver goods within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. We will make every effort possible to ensure goods are delivered within time scales quoted, however courier delivery time scales are beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any consequential loss caused by a delayed courier delivery.
2.2 You must pay by credit or debit card using PayPal at the time of order. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order, and will be displayed on the Product Page and at Checkout.
2.3 If the Product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and inform you of a possible delivery date and/or offer a full refund.
2.4 All orders placed without exception will be shipped to the confirmed PayPal address which is provided to us when payment is made. Please ensure all details are correct before ordering. We cannot ship to any address other than the confirmed address on file with PayPal.
2.5 Status Vehicle Technology will not be liable for any customs/import duties which may be applied by authorities in your country. It is your responsibility to check the legislation in your jurisdiction relating to the importing of goods. Similarly if you are outside the UK, you must satisfy yourself that you are legally allowed to purchase the products offered on our site.
3.1 Products are supplied with a non-transferable 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
3.2 We accept no liability for any defect to Products arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow either our or the manufacturer's instructions (whether oral or in writing) or in respect of misuse, alteration or repair of the Products without our prior approval.
3.3 If the goods supplied to you are damaged or any item missing/incomplete on delivery, you must notify Status Vehicle Technology within 48 hours.
3.4 If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify Status Vehicle Technology as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.
3.5 If a product that was faulty at the time of sale is returned to the retailer, the buyer is legally entitled to:
A full Refund, If this is within 28 days. After this time a replacement product or credit note (to the value of the replacement) will be offered.
3.6 Any items which are returned under the warranty and are found to be in a working condition will be charged a testing fee of £10 or 5% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater, plus a return shipping fee
3.7 Status Vehicle Technology Ltd will not under any circumstances cover third party installation costs financially or otherwise. The use of a professional installer for any services relating to the fitting of a product sold by Status Vehicle Technology is done so entirely at the customer’s discretion. Status Vehicle Technology Ltd do not offer an installation service.
3.8 The warranty offered in this clause 3 does not affect your statutory rights.
Electronics do not store customer payment details. All payments are handled securely by PayPal. Customer details are never passed to any 3rd party.
1.2 Dynavin Store is fully PCI Compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of comprehensive requirements for the protection of payment card data; developed by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. It provides business best practice guidelines to establish a "minimum security standard".
1.3 Customer details are only stored when an account is created. No financial details are ever stored. If checking out as a guest then no details are stored.
