All items are physically inspected and tested by our engineers before dispatch. This ensures that all items we dispatch are free from cosmetic damage and are 100% operational. If you wish to return an item this is exactly how the item must be returned, so please take great care with your purchase.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges which are non-refundable. Any refund made will be minus shipping costs. Under no circumstances will Dynavin Store be liable for any 3rd party installation/removal costs associated with the install of your Dynavin should you choose to have the unit professionally installed after purchase. 3rd party installation charges would not be refunded by Dynavin Store.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging. Items/accessories must be packaged exactly as they are received with no exceptions. You will be responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
All return requests must be submitted in writing by email, this is the only way we can deal with returns and process refunds. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances without prior written approval from Dynavin Store. A valid RMA number will be required, any returned items without an RMA number clearly displayed will be returned to sender.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked.
The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
Faulty items under warranty must be returned to us for inspection. You are responsible for return shipping of faulty goods; we will cover the cost of shipping to return the repaired/replacement item to you. All goods are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
We do not accept non-faulty returns outside of the 7-day cooling off period outlined in the distance selling regulations. Any return requests outside of the 7 day period must be specially agreed with management of Dynavin Store. For a return request to be considered products must be new, unused and undamaged. Any products returned for a refund with damage/marks/scratches to either the unit or accessories will be subject to refurbishment charges. All products returned outside of the 7-day cooling off period will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee without exception, this does not include any additional damage charges which may apply.
IMPORTANT: Many of the items we sell require installation. While we can offer technical support, we strongly recommend that you consult a professional (Auto-Electrician or Car Audio Shop) if you do not have sufficient knowledge and confidence relating to the installation of purchased products into your vehicle. If a product is damaged due to incorrect installation this will automatically void any warranty.
